HOW IT WORKS
Your time is valuable, which is why we come to you. From the first conversation to the final installation, Douglas makes the process easy, collaborative, and enjoyable.
Every piece of our furniture is made to fit your space exactly - no wasted corners, no compromises. You get something truly unique, not off the shelf, designed to help you stay organised and bring focus to your home.
1 HOME VISIT
We spend 1-2 hours discussing your ideas and talking through samples and finishes. We'll give you a costing for your project. If you decide you'd like to go ahead then we take a 10% deposit.
2 DESIGN
From our discussions we produce 3D visualisations of your furniture. We discuss the drawings and make amends where necessary.
3 MEASUREMENTS
We return to your home for more detailed measurements. We then take a 50% payment to purchase materials.
4 PRODUCTION
Production of your furniture starts in our workshop in Otley. Any painted furniture is sprayed in our booth on-site.
5 INSTALLATION
We bring all the elements of your furniture to install in your home. Mess is minimised and we leave your space clean and tidy. On completion we take the final 40% payment.
6 AFTERCARE
We know you'll be happy with your furniture but if you need to contact us for anything else then we're here.

We charge £2k per linear meter and projects starts from £4.5K
OUR PAYMENT TERMS
